Responsibilities- Financial and Performance Management: Understand and communicate key financial drivers, utilize management team to ensure that departments across the area meet or surpass sales goals and financial targets
- Customer Interaction and Experience: Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Policy and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines. Additionally, uphold environmental, health and safety regulations

QualificationsRequired: - 3+ years' related experience and/or related military experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams of employees to achieve successful financial and operational results
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
