Location: Ithaca, NY
Salary: $150k-$200k + bonus
Benefits: M/D/V, PTO, relocation etc.

Looking for a General Manager to oversee a NEW Multi Unit project including a find dining restaurant, members only club, Spa and Guest Rooms in the finger lakes.

Qualifications:
  • Fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Experience training and developing FOH staff, scheduling and inventory
  • Opening experience preferred
  • Private Club experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all service operations
  • Develop and maintain high hospitality and guest experience standards
  • Train, coach, and mentor managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational consistency
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Analyze labor, sales, and guest feedback to improve performance
  • Create staffing plans and oversee scheduling needs
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and operational improvements
  • Assist with opening new locations, service rollouts, and special events when needed
