Looking for a General Manager to oversee a NEW Multi Unit project including a find dining restaurant, members only club, Spa and Guest Rooms in the finger lakes.
Qualifications:
- Fine dining restaurant management experience
- Experience training and developing FOH staff, scheduling and inventory
- Opening experience preferred
- Private Club experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all service operations
- Develop and maintain high hospitality and guest experience standards
- Train, coach, and mentor managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational consistency
- Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze labor, sales, and guest feedback to improve performance
- Create staffing plans and oversee scheduling needs
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and operational improvements
- Assist with opening new locations, service rollouts, and special events when needed
