KeyResponsibilities:
- Continuouslybuildsrelationshipswithemployees,theclient,unionpartners,andthelocalcommunity.
- Accordingtolocation/clientcontract,setscommercialandoperationalstrategic directionforthebusiness unit team.
- Leadsthemanagementteamandemployeeworkforcetoachievecorporate/propertysafetygoals,service performance, and financial objectives.
- Identifies,suggests,anddevelopsbusinessgrowthopportunities.
- Optimizesthereturnonassetsdeployedwithinthebusinesstoincludevehiclescheduling,maintenance, and performance management.
- IdentifiesandanalyzesKPIstomaintainpositiveresults.
- Ensuresservicesareprovidedwithinbudgetandactionplansaredevelopedandimplementedtoimprove operational efficiencies.
- Determinesanddeliversbusinessunitbudget.
- EnsurescompliancewithstateandfederalregulationsandcompliancewithTransdevcorporatesafety standards.
- Overseesallstaffmanagementandassignsdevelopmenttraininginliaisonwiththecorporateteamas appropriate.
- Ensureseffectiveenvironmentalcomplianceandsustainabilitymanagement.
- Providescompleteandaccuratedatacollection,compilation,analysis,andreporting

Qualifications:
- Completionofafour(4)yearcollegedegreeinarelevantfieldisdesirable,althoughacombinationof relevant experience and education will be considered.
- ExperienceinBusinessAdministration,Logistics,Transportationorrelatedfieldorequivalentbusiness experience preferred.
- Atleast5yearsofexperiencemanagingafixedrouteorparatransitbusoperationofsimilarsizeand scope.
- Knowledgeofrelevantfederalandstateemploymentlaws.
- Thoroughknowledgeoftransitsystemregulationsandoperations.
- Abilitytobuildsolidandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclients.
- Abilitytomanagecostcontrolandfinancialbudget.
- WorkingknowledgeandproficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
- Intermediate level understanding of technology,apps,Wi-Fi,andunderstandingoftransportationtechnology.
- Strongwrittenandoralcommunicationskills;excellentpresentationskills;abilityto influencepeopleatall levels of the organization.
- Abilitytoorganizeandperformworkefficiently,strongattentiontodetail.
- AbilitytonavigateLaborRelationsissuesandworkeffectivelywithunionpartners,includinglabor grievances, and negotiations.
