As General Manager - Service Director, you will earn a base salary starting at $85,000 annually, with the opportunity for increased earnings based on experience and results. WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This General Manager - Service Director role is built for leaders who focus on outcomes, not timecards. You'll typically work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the flexibility to step in during occasional weekends and when high-priority fleet partners call for leadership presence.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You lead from the front, blending hands-on mechanical expertise with strategic oversight to keep the operation running at peak performance. You move fluidly between the service bay and the front end, diagnosing complex issues, guiding technicians through challenges, and driving a service advising process that builds lasting fleet partnerships. You actively manage performance by analyzing KPIs and financials, adjusting strategy to improve profitability while maintaining service quality. You continuously build and refine systems, from workflow and parts logistics to fleet maintenance software, ensuring every moving piece works together efficiently and predictably.
