Job SummaryAs the
General Manager for a premier account in Miami, FL, you will lead the overall success of this high-profile client partnership. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience, outstanding culinary quality, and seamless daily execution. You will build and develop a high-performing team, foster strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities:- Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Manages overall day-to-day operations of a high-profile premier account
- Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
- Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and Client, as well as other departments
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications: - BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience, ideally within a premier corporate dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Proven success managing high-volume dining operations and sophisticated catering programs with an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing operational budgets, financial performance, labor management, and cost controls.
- Exceptional leadership, client relationship, and team development skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with an industry-leading foodservice organization that values innovation, excellence, and career development.
