Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
• Strong coaching skills and ability to provide effective feedback
• Organized and deadline-oriented with a results-driven focus
• Willingness to learn all roles within the restaurant
• Ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members
• Humility and eagerness to learn from a growing company
• Experience managing a large team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfort in kitchen operations, including ordering and inventory management
