On-Deck General Manager

Are you ready for the next step in your career? Harry's Seafood Bar and Grille is a successful, high volume New Orleans style seafood restaurant and we are seeking a dynamic leader for our company. If you are currently a high-volume full service General Manager with a track record of successful people development, sales growth, and quality of operations, we want to talk to you! This GM role may be located in one of our existing restaurant concepts or possibly a new concept.

RELOCATION REQUIRED- This position will be an ON DECK GM/AGM role for up to 6 months as we prepare for our next new restaurant opening. Our newest restaurant is in the works and will be located in North East Florida. This GM will transition to the role of the new restaurant once it is completed.

Compensation based on experience. Initial total compensation in the AGM role is estimated at $80,000-$90,000. Once in the permanent GM position in the new restaurant, total compensation is estimated to be $120k+ annually base and bonus combined.
