We are seeking a General Manager to lead and scale our Southern California operations, based in Long Beach, CA, and oversee a dynamic, growing regional portfolio.

This is a high-visibility, onsite leadership role (Monday-Friday), ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build, scale, and shape the future of security operations in one of the most active and competitive markets in the country.

Full P&L ownership with a clear mandate to grow revenue, expand market share, and optimize profitability across Southern California.

Lead expansion across Long Beach and the greater Southern California region, one of the largest and most opportunity-rich security markets in the U.S.

Drive adoption of AI-powered surveillance and remote monitoring solutions that are redefining traditional security models.

What You'll Own as the General Manager
  • Full P&L ownership for a $50M+ regional operation

Your Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in security, operations, technology-enabled services, or related industries
  • Proven success owning and growing a P&L-driven business unit
  • Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple sites
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and market expansion
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly competitive market
  • Willingness to be onsite daily in Long Beach, CA and lead from the front.
