Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent experience
- 5+years of management experience
- 5+years of functional experience in food service operations
Must-Have Requirements- PriorGeneral Manager or Operations Manager experience as senioron-site leader
- 5+years managing food service accounts with $3M+ annual revenue
- Experienceoverseeing residential, retail, and/or catering operations
- High-volumeoperations experience
- Directsupervision of managers for 5+ years
- Demonstratedcompliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
