Location: West Palm Beach, FLThe Role at a glance:We are looking to add a motivated, effective General Manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in West Palm Beach, FL. As a GM, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team in a renouned Cultural setting! Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a fine dining setting, as well as catering / events operational experience. Please be focused on high service standards, leading a team, and building and fostering a positive client relationship.
What you'll be doing:- Managing all functions of the restaurant and catered services.
- Manage and lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees.
- Ensuring that staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
- Budgeting for the department, including directly purchasing ingredients and ensuring the account meets all targets and forecasts.
- Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding the technical and administrative aspects of dining service.
- Addressing customer service needs.
What we're looking for:Must-haves:
- At least five years of experience coordinating food service operations.
- Previous experience with fine dining.
- Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.
- The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
- Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.
Nice-to-haves:
- ServSafe and/or HACCP certification
Compensation Range$100,000 plus bonus
