DescriptionConcord Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage our Hyatt Place Legacy Village, located in Cleveland, Ohio. The property is near downtown Cleveland, the Cleveland Zoo, Cleveland Museum of Art, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Aquarium and the Great Lakes Science Center.
The Ideal Candidate:- Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
- Strong sales background and established networking skills.
- Proven track record in driving GSS, excellent customer service delivery.
- Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
- Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
- Experience as a select service General Manager
- Hyatt experience desirable.
Being a Concord GM: As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team, and for supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners, and will be responsible for facilitating a successful business operation by providing brand training, meeting operational deadlines, following budget guidelines and networking with city officials as the "face" of this property.
