Position Title: General Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Annual Performance Bonus Opportunity (Up to 20% of Base Salary)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hospitality-driven General Manager to lead a premier corporate dining account featuring an upscale restaurant-style café, executive dining, high-end catering, and luxury hospitality services. Reporting to the Vice President, this leader will oversee all aspects of the operation while cultivating a culture centered on exceptional guest experiences, personalized service, culinary excellence, and strong client partnerships.

The successful candidate brings a passion for luxury hospitality, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to lead teams in delivering seamless dining experiences that rival top hotels, private clubs, and fine dining establishments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all dining, catering, hospitality, and guest service programs within the account.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget development, forecasting, cost controls, and P&L management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams to deliver elevated hospitality standards and memorable guest experiences.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and ensure hospitality programs exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to design innovative menus, seasonal offerings, and customized dining experiences.
  • Oversee premium catering, executive events, VIP functions, and hospitality services with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence across food quality, presentation, sanitation, safety, and service delivery.
  • Manage staffing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, training, engagement, and performance development.
  • Analyze operational performance and guest feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
  • Champion new hospitality initiatives, culinary programs, and service enhancements in partnership with regional leadership and support teams.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal partners to create an exceptional workplace dining experience.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience leading upscale hospitality, corporate dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, fine dining restaurants, or premium catering operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics.

  • Multi-outlet food and beverage management experience, including restaurant-style cafés and high-end catering operations.
  • Track record of elevating hospitality programs and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
