Job SummaryThe
Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of designated project to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
This is an on-site position.Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of corporate and site projects to ensure timelines and objectives are met
- Assist in defining project scope, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project leadership
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications across cross-functional teams
- Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate as needed
- Support change management processes and maintain project documentation
- Assist in aligning projects with preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support facility updates and equipment improvements
- Review and help maintain AutoCAD and other CAD drawings for project planning, layouts, and modifications
- Ensure adherence to cGMPs and compliance with DOT, FAA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations
- Monitor team progress and support process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting project management activities, preferably in a regulated environment (pharma, manufacturing, or logistics)
- Basic understanding of preventative maintenance programs and operational workflows
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (required) or other CAD software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
