Responsibilities
* Develop and implement robust business strategies and plans to achieve the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
* Provide strong leadership and direction to the entire team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Oversee all daily operations, including financial management, business development, client relations, and team management.
* Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting, ensuring the organisation's financial health and stability.
* Analyse financial data and market trends to make well-informed business decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and our market reputation.
* Ensure strict compliance with all industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior executive role, preferably within the financial services sector.
* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
* Comprehensive understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, HR, and operations.
* Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
* Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
