Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a
General Manager 3 to lead food and nutrition services at
Adventist Health Rideout - Fountains, a healthcare-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient and resident experiences.
Candidates must hold a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian), or other California-recognized dietary/food service certification in order to be considered for this role. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do- Lead and oversee all food service operations, including patient services, retail, and clinical nutrition
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards (including CDPH and Title 22 in California)
- Manage and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
- Drive patient and client satisfaction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Partner closely with clinical teams and facility leadership
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality

What You Bring- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian), or other California-recognized dietary/food service certification required
- Strong leadership experience in healthcare food service, senior living, or similar regulated environment
- Demonstrated success managing teams, operations, and financials
- Knowledge of California healthcare regulations and survey readiness
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and improving outcomes
