Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a
General Manager 3 for
Jackson West Medical Center located in
Doral, FL. Jackson West Medical Center is the first academic medical center in Doral and first built-to-suit campus in Jackson Health System's network. Scheduled to open in early 2021 in west Miami-Dade, Jackson West Medical Center will combine consumer-centered inpatient and outpatient facilities with the latest surgical and medical programs at the campus' 100-bed José Milton Memorial Hospital.
What You'll Do- have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- effectively manages the Unit Operating System;
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals; and
- ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.
