Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our high-performing litigation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to defend complex cases in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, tort claims, and a variety of other areas. With an emphasis on client-focused service, this position offers a collaborative and dynamic environment that encourages professional growth and the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal counsel
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 2+ years of general liability or insurance defense experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
