Microsoft Copilot Project Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a consultant with strong project management experience and business analysis support experience to assist with the enterprise-wide rollout of Microsoft Copilot solutions (Chat, M365, and Copilot Studio). The ideal candidate is skilled in managing complex technology programs, coordinating large stakeholder groups, and delivering structured rollout execution and high-quality end-user experiences for modern AI and low-code platforms.
The role itself is a mix of BA and PM work related to an enterprise-wide rollout of M365 Copilot. Our team works alongside a technical vendor to help develop project plans, risk analysis, communications for leaders and end-users, collect data on use case analysis, and much more (think all the technical work that goes into a tech project). This is a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to lead and own parts of the work based on where your interests and skills are.

What You'll Do
• Develop and maintain project plan, risk register, and other project management artifacts. t
• Support communication and pilot roll-out and provide business analysis support to the team
• Support operational readiness, rollout planning, and communication strategies
• Draft executive updates and organization-wide communications
• Develop surveys, collect user feedback, and prepare reports and briefings
• Collaborate with accessibility, compliance, and communications teams
• Support ServiceNow workflows operationalization
• Support security authorization processes for all Copilot services
What You'll Bring
• Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Document progress, risks, decisions, and program updates; provide regular reports, metrics, and briefings to leadership
• Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at managing sponsors, end users, governance groups, and technical teams
• Communication: Able to write clear, accessible technical and non-technical materials for diverse audiences
• Facilitation: Strong presentation skills with experience delivering briefings
• Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate pilot data, user feedback, trends, and operational impacts
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and enterprise IT environments
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, deadlines, and priorities
Preferred Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
