Purpose of the role

Focused on delivering individual projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget with a more immediate focus.

Accountabilities
  • Scope Management: Manages a single project with specific, defined objectives, deadlines, and deliverables. Their focus is on completing the project on time, within scope, and on budget.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

  • Syndicated Lending: Knowledge of the syndicated loan lifecycle, including deal setup, servicing, agency responsibilities, and operational processes
  • Supporting highly detailed business, operational, or technology transformation programs from inception through implementation, ensuring delivery against timelines and goals
  • Partnering with Operations, Technology, Front Office, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive strategies and process improvements.
  • Process Improvement and Transformation Experience: identifying operational efficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and managing change within a lending or financial services environment.


Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Knowledge of ACBS and familiarity with ACBS loan accounting and servicing platforms, including facility and deal management processes in the Agency and Participation space
  • Knowledge of LIQ and using LIQ for syndicated loan servicing, trade settlement, and loan operations activities
