Job Title:

Senior Delivery Principal - Market Solutions

So, what will I do?
  • Lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects across industries, ensuring alignment to client goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Proactively manage scope, risks and issues, dependencies to protect timelines and commercial integrity.
  • Define delivery governance and use a data driven approach to measure progress.
  • Apply delivery best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to ensure consistent execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Own project financials, including margin, staffing, and managed revenue, with accountability for delivering against a $1.5M+ revenue target.
  • Champion Delivery Excellence and mentor delivery leads, and contribute to the growth of Slalom's delivery frameworks and practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, advisory, data, and business stakeholders) to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to shape direction and maintain alignment.
  • Use AI-powered tools and techniques (e.g., predictive analytics for forecasting, automation for reporting, generative AI for documentation) to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
  • Support the sales lifecycle by scoping opportunities, developing delivery approaches, and contributing to proposals while selling delivery capabilities and outcomes.
  • Maintain 65%+ personal utilization while supporting team utilization and capability health.
  • Manage and develop a team of consultants, providing coaching, direction, and performance support to build capability within the practice

  • Strong project management skills, including scope definition, work planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, staffing, and profitability with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding utilization and revenue targets
  • Expertise in delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, SaFe, or hybrid approaches, and the ability to tailor them to client needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs, and reviewing with clients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams and clients through ambiguity.
  • Experience mentoring others and fostering high-performing project teams.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and delivery excellence.

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader or client requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $142,000 to $175,000. In addition, there is potential for a 15% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
