What You'll Do
- Understand the client's business challenges to design effective solutions that address the people, process, technology, and data needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes
- Work with clients to define scope and requirements, create solutions, and develop an executable plan, including resource needs, timelines, and costs
- Own scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications for projects
- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across projects
- Develop and manage program financials including forecasting, profitability, invoicing, and expense management
- Own and nurture the client relationship, keeping stakeholders engaged in the project through status reporting, issues management, and risk management
- Partner with the client to understand the organization, to determine potential project impact, and to tailor the project approach, plan, and deliverables accordingly
What You'll Bring
- 7-10+ years of consulting experience with at least 5 of which were in senior project management or program management roles spanning multiple workstreams/delivery teams (client and consultant) on complex engagements.
- Demonstrated experience in all phases of Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycle methodologies
- Demonstrated experience running mid to large scale technology implementations from initiation through project closeout
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, status reporting, and resource management across multiple development teams
- Knowledge of AI concepts as applied in project management contexts and/or experience in managing projects that involve the development or deployment of AI-based solutions, is preferred
- Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; meticulous in your approach to project management delivering enterprise-level projects
- Ability to build and lead robust, high-performing teams
- A history of mentoring and coaching others with a knack for balancing feedback while effectively communicating development needs

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
