Rôle: Leader - Modernisation de la main-d'œuvre en transformation (Senior Principal)

Alors, quel sera mon rôle:
• Diriger des programmes de transformation de grande envergure en connectant stratégie, modèles opérationnels, processus et technologies afin de générer des résultats d'affaires mesurables.
• Développer et faire croître un portefeuille client en assurant la responsabilité de revenus (~2 M$ à 4 M$+), en identifiant et concluant de nouvelles opportunités.
• Agir comme conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès de dirigeants, en naviguant des environnements complexes et en orientant les décisions stratégiques, notamment liées à l'IA et à l'avenir du travail.

Compétences
• Expérience démontrée dans la direction de transformations de la main-d'œuvre à grande échelle dans des organisations complexes
• Capacité à relier stratégie, processus, technologie et comportement organisationnel
• Expérience en conseil (gestion, technologie ou services professionnels), incluant vente et livraison de mandats
• Expérience en développement d'affaires avec responsabilité de revenus
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) requise
