Who You'll Work With Our Change Acceleration discipline, which sits in our Workforce Modernization sub-capability, helps organizations move successfully through the full range of transformation they face - from technology implementations and operating model redesigns to workforce transformation, and AI-enabled ways of working. We partner with executives and cross-functional teams to define the future state, build the capabilities needed to get there, and make change stick.
As a Principal, you will advise senior clients, lead complex engagements, strengthen our capabilities and talent, and support our growth in our Change Acceleration discipline.
What You'll Do Help and support clients turn transformation ambition into measurable outcomes by connecting strategy, operating models, technology, and people. This role partners and leads organizations through all forms of large-scale change - technology implementations, operating model shifts, digital and AI-enabled adoption, and evolving ways of working.
Client Delivery and Executive Advisory - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding strategic decisions across both small and complex, large-scale transformations - including technology implementation, AI adoption, operating model shifts, and workforce transformation.
- Support large-scale transformation programs by connecting strategy, operating models, processes, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Define integrated change strategies that connect business outcomes, process redesign, technology delivery, workforce readiness, and culture.
- Partner with business, technical, data, security, and legal teams to shape human-centered solutions and assess value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
- Coach leaders on sponsorship, change fluency, and the behavioral shifts required for new ways of working.
- Oversee change diagnostics, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, adoption, reinforcement, and sustainment.
- Establish measurement and value realization frameworks that track adoption, proficiency, behavior change, productivity, and business impact.
- Lead executive workshops and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery quality, alignment, risk management, and client satisfaction.
Capability and Talent Leadership - Co-develop and scale change management offerings, playbooks, methods, tools, learning journeys, and reusable delivery assets across transformation types.
- Lead a team of Change Managers and delivery consultants.
- Contribute thought leadership through client insights, executive forums, published perspectives, and internal points of view.
Business Development and Account Growth - Build executive client relationships and identify opportunities to connect change management capabilities to strategic priorities.
- Shape and lead pursuits, including discovery, solution design, scoping, proposals, executive presentations, and workshops.
- Partner with account and go-to-market leaders to develop pipeline and create cross-capability opportunities.
What You'll Bring - Experience in management consulting, organizational change, workforce transformation, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success advising senior executives and supporting enterprise-scale change projects.
- Ability to connect strategy, process, technology, and organizational behavior.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee complex engagements, and manage senior client relationships.
- Experience in consulting (management, technology, or professional services), including selling and delivering work, with strong business development experience and revenue ownership.
- Experience developing enterprise change strategies and connecting adoption and behavior change to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with emerging technology and AI-enabled adoption and enablement initiatives.
- Ability to travel and work onsite based on client and business needs.
Skills, Certifications, and Tools - Core skills include change leadership, executive advisory, workforce and digital transformation, business development, capability building, leadership coaching, learning strategy, human-centered design, value realization, and strategic facilitation.
- Relevant certifications may include Prosci, CCMP/ACMP, PMP, CSM or other agile credentials. Familiarity with enterprise technology and productivity ecosystems - including AI and automation platforms, collaboration tools, learning platforms, and analytics solutions - is beneficial.

Target base salary pay range for a Principal is:
Denver, CO / Philadelphia, PA / Atlanta, GA / Nashville, TN: $130,000-195,000
San Diego, CA / Washington, D.C.: $142,000-213,000
San Francisco, CA: $155,000-232,000
