  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of the competitive technical talent market, including emerging industry trends, in-demand certifications, evolving technology stacks, and regional hiring dynamics.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent mapping, sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interview process management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Cultivate and expand Slalom's employer brand by engaging with cloud and technology communities, attending industry events, and nurturing long-term relationships with skilled practitioners.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruiting approaches, improve funnel health, forecast talent needs, identify hiring risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and a personalized, relationship-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with and mentor other recruiters, sharing best practices and contributing to the continued evolution of Slalom's TA processes, technical recruiting strategies, and hiring approach.

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical recruiting.
  • Proven success recruiting for cloud, software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or related technical talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of technical and leadership roles, from individual contributors to architects, consultants, and leaders.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements, translate business needs into talent strategies, and consult with stakeholders on market realities, candidate profiles, and hiring approach.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment while maintaining quality, candidate care, and a consultative approach.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates.
