Partner Marketing Manager, Cloud Partnerships (Remote)

Remote with proximity to a Slalom office.

Role Overview

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will help grow Slalom's technology partner ecosystem by shaping and delivering integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. You'll work across teams and with Google Cloud, AWS and Microsoft to develop clear, compelling messaging and bring go-to-market campaigns to life across channels.

In this role, you'll create content and experiences that build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline. You'll also play a strategic role in planning and executing global partner events, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand and delivers value to our audiences.

What You'll Do
  • Own and strengthen relationships with Google Cloud marketing counterparts through weekly cadences, quarterly marketing reviews, and the co-development and execution of joint programs, funding initiatives, and partner-led campaigns throughout the year.
  • Support the development and execution of the Slalom + Google Cloud joint marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, including budget management, in partnership with business stakeholders and GTM marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams and subject matter experts to develop programs, content, and enablement resources tailored to key internal and external audiences, empowering Slalom teams to scale and execute globally.
  • Execute marketing initiatives directly within marketing tools, building landing pages, email campaigns, nurture sequences, reports, and more.
  • Partner withSlalom's global demand generation team to develop and implement email marketing and digital advertising campaignsfor our Cloud partners.
  • Utilize measurements and analytics to deliver event returns against expected business results and key performance targets and let those insights inform future campaigns.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with Google Cloud, Slalom's Google Cloud business unit, global marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Champion Slalom's culture by consistentlydemonstratinga positive, customer-focused approach.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in partner marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, with experience executing partner-focused and integrated marketing campaigns (paid and organic), including segmentation, goal setting, and measurement
  • Experience developing and executing complex marketing programs and events
  • Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to drive shared outcomes
  • Experience working with Google Cloud, AWSor otherhyperscalerpartners preferred
  • Experiencewith marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot preferred)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage budgets, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Must be available to travel 25%

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, etc.: 105,000-120,000

Seattle, Washington D.C., Boston:114,000-130,000

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
