• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, balancing declarative capabilities with custom development where appropriate.
• Partner with functional, data, integration, security, and change teams to deliver cohesive client outcomes.
• Create proofs of concept and points of view that connect Salesforce AI with technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
• Establish technical standards, reusable assets, implementation patterns, and development best practices.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, identify delivery risks, and guide teams through complex technical decisions.
• Provide Agentforce thought leadership and enable Slalom teams through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Support client presentations, solutioning, customer stories, and strategic pursuit activities.

• Experience designing AI solutions using prompt engineering, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, model orchestration, evaluation, and responsible AI controls.
• Working knowledge of Data 360 architecture and its role in grounding, setup and data retrieval inside of Agentforce projects; implementation experience or certification is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate business use cases into technical designs, delivery plans, and production-ready solutions.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives, business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
