Job SummaryThe GenAI Prompt Engineer will join a machine learning squad focused on developing Artificial Intelligence solutions, including ML and Generative AI. This role requires expertise in Python development, prompt engineering, and collaboration with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions. The engineer will contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of AI prompts and Python libraries, ensuring performance, scalability, and ongoing monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python libraries supporting AI solutions
- Support and enhance library functionality for production use
- Participate in prompt engineering and maintain prompts aligned with evolving LLM versions
- Conduct testing and performance analysis to ensure solution reliability
- Perform benchmarking experiments for prompt optimization
- Collaborate with SMEs and clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor AI systems to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python application development
- Strong prompt engineering skills with proven expertise
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI and LLM models
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with machine learning and vector databases
- Background in cloud application development, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Prior experience in FinTech application development
- Exposure to global delivery teams
