Job Summary We are seeking a Generative AI Expert with a proven track record in delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and production-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of deep technical expertise and practical implementation experience, driving AI-led innovation and enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions, including PoCs and MVPs.
  • Deliver production-grade applications leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and enhance model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices.
  • Provide guidance on security, data privacy, and compliance related to AI implementations.

Mandatory Skills
  • 5-10+ years of experience in AI/ML with hands-on Generative AI delivery experience.
  • Strong expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models) and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries, along with API development and integration.
