Job Description

The GCM Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding new client relationships and daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets (GCM) accounts of varying complexity and importance, including all administrative, operational, and risk management activities for GCM transactions. This incumbent is expected to become a subject matter expert for a variety of various products and services. Additional responsibilities include closing new transactions, managing straightforward accounts, maintaining counts, and client interface, overseeing debt service payments, compliance collection, and approving transfers and DWACs. In addition, the Relationship Manager will work closely with other Relationship Managers, administrators, support areas, and external clients while providing timely responses to internal and external inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform the collection of payments, investor waterfall distributions, hypothetical trade testing, monthly and quarterly reconciliations, and various reporting requirements.
  • Daily administration of a book of complex accounts.
  • Follow all Bank and Department policies and procedures.
  • Timely responses to internal and external inquiries.
  • Maintain client relationships.
  • Onboarding of new transactions.
  • Working knowledge of accounts and governing documents.
  • Liaise with operations, compliance, managers, investors, underwriters, auditors, CLO managers, management, and vendors.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of commercial lending, banking, and/or customer service experience.
  • Must have previous administrative experience as well as experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Must have limited knowledge of different areas of banking that provide in-depth experience in Bank products, services, and the marketplace.
  • Must have experience with banking systems and loan documentation.
  • Must have basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong listening skills.
  • Must have superior customer service skills.
  • Fast-paced sales environment experience supporting a seasoned commercial loan sales force with a proven record of accomplishment is preferred.

Salary Range:
$92,869.00 - $152,569.00

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
