JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced transactional lawyer for its growing Fund Finance practice in Charlotte, NC. Successful candidates will have 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience and must be proficient in subscription credit facilities. Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities (and other secured lending transactions more generally) is a plus. Candidates should have experience drafting financing documents for complex transactions and should be able to effectively manage client relationships and move transactions forward independently. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for in-office development and client interaction are required.
