Located in Washington, DC, this role is essential for driving automation goals and facilitating alignment across various teams.
What you do:- Plan and implement client events such as workshops and elicitations to advance automation objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate recurring governance and strategy sessions to ensure alignment across delivery, product, and technical teams.
- Manage weekly operational rhythms, including preparing governance decks, monthly progress reports, coordinating cross-team efforts, issue triage, and overseeing automation quality and requirements intake.
- Translate customer needs into viable business solutions.
- Design new business processes based on customer requirements.
- Gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Map operational workflows and data flows to ensure seamless processes.
- Define user stories and create functional specifications.
- Support testing validation and facilitate stakeholder reviews.
- Implement new business processes through user sessions and effective stakeholder management.
- Support changes through comprehensive change enablement initiatives.
What you need:- Experience in Web Technologies.
- Experience in Web Content Management.
- Strong capabilities in Functional Requirements Analysis.
- Experience with Functional Testing.
