What Will You Do?

The ideal candidate is a functional engineering leader with enough technical depth to guide a power electronics team, support project decisions, and challenge engineering assumptions, while spending most of their time enabling people, improving execution, and building long-term capability.

A strong candidate will have hands-on technical experience earlier in their career, followed by increasing responsibility in technical leadership or engineering management. They should be comfortable working across functions, supporting customer-facing discussions, managing priorities, developing people, and creating structure in a growing technical team.
