UT Health East Texas is seeking a full-time BE/BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Urgent Care team in Tyler, TX.As a high-performing organization, we pride ourselves on our supportive culture and dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our community.

About the Position:
  • Flexible, shift-based schedule
  • 1 week - 2 12s and 1 weekend, the following week -3 12s, no weekend call
  • Clinic Hours are M-F 7 am to 7 pm, Sat 8 am to 6 pm, and Sun 1 pm to 5 pm
  • Onsite Lab, X-Ray, and POC Testing
  • Robust support staff

The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine is the first medical school in East Texas and the seventh in The University of Texas System. Its mission is to train future healthcare professionals to embrace responsibility for the unique needs of rural and hard-to-reach communities and populations, particularly those in East Texas.

The school offers a robust Graduate Medical Education program, with 20 residency and fellowship training programs, enabling graduates to gain specialized skills in areas such as family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, surgery, and anesthesia.
