Job Description:

As a Custom Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing coding and enhancing components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Execute assigned development tasks with increasing independence while applying best practices and standards.

• Identify and resolve common technical challenges by analyzing recurring patterns and proposing effective solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and improvements that enhance project outcomes.

• Continuously expand knowledge of software engineering principles and emerging technologies relevant to the project.

• Support the team by sharing insights gained from hands on experience and contributing to a positive team environment.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Java

• HS Diploma/GED

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Advanced proficiency in RESTful APIs

• Advanced proficiency in Software Engineering, Angular, Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture

• Bachelor’s degree
