Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Pasadena, CA is $90,000.00-$162,000.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Working on a variety of large full-stack software engineering projects ranging from database and SQL design, to developing UI/UX. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support application functionality. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across all layers of the stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Full Stack Engineer -related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Node.js or programing languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or C
2. Front-end javascript frameworks like React, Angular, or Nextjs
3. Utilizing relational databases including MySQL or Postgres
4. Utilizing NoSQL databases including Redis or MongoDB
5. Testing Frameworks, such as Cypress or Jest
6. CSS Frameworks, such as Tailwind or SCSS
Telecommuting permissible within commutable distance. Hybrid role.
