Platform Engineering - New York City (On-site)In this role, you will:- Own end-to-end full-stack features across React/Next.js/TypeScript frontends, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and observability that power report delivery, interactive Key Debates, search, subscriptions, and personalization.
- Build scalable UI component libraries and design systems used daily by researchers, sector leads, and VC customers.
- Ship AI-native diligence experiences: natural-language query interfaces, agentic synthesis tools, RAG-powered evidence finders, dynamic Bull/Bear explorers, and intelligent summarization that surfaces what actually matters for investment decisions.
- Leverage frontier AI models and tools daily to prototype, code-review, generate tests, and iterate at extreme speed - turning ambiguous needs into production code in hours (including heavy daily use of assistants like Claude Code and Cursor).
- Partner with analysts, sector directors, founders, and customers to translate complex market and founder analysis into clear, trustworthy experiences.
- Define architecture standards and tooling so the platform remains reliable and built for power users making million- and billion-dollar decisions.
