- Own complex features end-to-end - from design and implementation through testing, release, and monitoring.
- Design and evolve data models and write efficient queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Debug and resolve issues across services (e.g., data sync between web and mobile), weighing trade-offs to find pragmatic solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to refine scope and deliver seamless application experiences.
- Drive performance, reliability, and code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and observability.
- Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to raise team velocity.
- Mentor junior engineers, review peers' work thoughtfully, and contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in architectural discussions and help lead small initiatives or workstreams within your area.
Requirements- 3+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years building applications with .NET / C#.
- Solid frontend experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Blazor, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and building maintainable, well-tested code.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and sound data modeling.
- Good understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to deliver complex features independently with high quality and reliability, and to reason about performance, scalability, and technical trade-offs.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git).
- Comfortable working in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of clearly sharing progress and raising risks early.
