What is the opportunity?

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer for a Treasury Management Integration Services team. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from concept to functional prototype, working alongside business SMEs, architects, designers, product managers, and engineers to bring high quality solutions directly to clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust solutions while adhering to best practices in software engineering and DevOps.

The role requires a highly skilled individual with a background in software development, having experience in SQL DB systems, .net, integration patterns, cloud-based distributed systems, DevOps tools like GitHub. The group is continuously working to improve our Agile, Engineering, and DevOps practices and this role will be expected to actively participate in these efforts.

What will you do?
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the business problem, architecture and design concepts and translate them into functional prototypes.
  • Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Develop Gen AI applications leveraging various tools and frameworks (e.g. Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Model Context Protocol)
  • Build secure and scalable back-end systems using server-side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and frameworks.
  • Leverage Gen AI development and coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor
  • Design and implement efficient databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Knowledge Graph) to store and manage prototype data.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed (e.g. MCP servers).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
  • Deploy prototypes to production environments and monitor performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Gen AI and web development trends and technologies.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years in C# (.NET Core), Visual Studio, Apache Web Services, XML, and Restful-API/Kafka & event-driven integration capabilities
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong understanding of front-end and back-end design and development principles
  • Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with some Gen AI technologies and Frameworks
  • Experience with front end and server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., React, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, Node.js with Express), building APIs and microservices
  • Experience with AI Coding Tools e.g. Github Copilot, database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL), Design Thinking and Agile framework
  • Strong problem solving skills, can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and collaborate with both business and technical teams.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning both in business and technology; passion for innovation and desire to learn new technologies
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and business models
  • Understand the business context of their work and the trade-offs between technical solutions and business needs

Nice-to-have:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
  • Background in Payments
  • Experience in React, Elastic Search, Snowflake, Automated testing tools
  • Experience with prototyping tools and frameworks (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with some Gen AI technologies and Frameworks
  • Experience with developing Gen AI applications leveraging various LLMs and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Redhat Openshift).
  • Experience with AIOps and DevOps practices.
