Overview

Join our team as a Full-Stack Developer and support GSA's Office of Engineering and Office of Facility Management by developing and maintaining the SME Dashboard and related web platforms. You will design dashboard enhancements, manage CMS updates and UX optimization, and provide ongoing technical support, ensuring reliable, secure, and user-friendly digital tools for program management and leadership decision-making.

 

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

 

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Central Time.

Responsibilities
  • Build and enhance a dashboard used by GSA leadership to track program activity, workload, and performance
  • Keep the platform running smoothly — resolving issues, pushing updates, and optimizing performance and security
  • Support dashboard users directly, from troubleshooting to training
  • Maintain clear technical documentation so the platform stays easy to operate and hand off
  • Develop and maintain internal tools for tracking technology deployment across GSA's portfolio
  • Manage website design and functionality for Office of Engineering initiatives, including responsive design, CMS updates, and accessibility compliance

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining web-based dashboards and data visualization tools
  • Experience supporting user-facing digital platforms, including troubleshooting and user support
