Position Title: Full Stack Software Developer
Position Location: Government site in Laurel, MD
Description:
- Join a team of developers and system engineers and play a crucial role in ensuring that applications in the Human Resource Applications and Services organization operate effectively
- Primary responsibility will be providing application development and production support for critical human resource applications that support the enterprise
- In this role you can develop and implement innovative approaches to improve system sustainment helping to proactively identify and correct potential issues before outages occur.
- The position will require working in a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets. This provides an opportunity to constantly learn and grow as a developer, while also making a meaningful impact on the organization's operations.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints
- Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments
- Experience with MongoDB
Desired Experience:
- Experience working with the AWS Platform
- Experience with GitLab
- Experience with GitLab runners for continuous integration
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with LLM
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance)
Required Clearance:
- Active TSSCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $160k-$175k+

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
