WHO YOU ARE

You have:
  • 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or a top agency
  • A track record closing hard technical and go-to-market roles in competitive markets
  • Comfort owning the entire funnel, from first outreach through offer negotiation
  • A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
  • Strong written communication and a builder's instinct for creating process where none exists

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, go-to-market, and operations roles.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role, then build the interview plan to find it.
  • Source and engage passive candidates, then guide them through a fast, high-signal process.
  • Run offer conversations and close candidates against strong competition.
  • Build the systems, from pipeline reporting to interviewer training, that let our hiring keep pace with the business.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
