Full Job Description
FSO - Consulting - Technology Consulting - Technologies & Platforms - Finance Management - Oracle ERP (Manager) (Multiple Positions) ([redacted]), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

Design, build and deploy technology solutions to help financial institution clients enhance the operating effectiveness of the finance and operations functions. Help clients develop new business processes which complement and leverage their technology ecosystem. Identify business requirements and identify solutions that align with Oracle Cloud ERP technologies supporting the finance organizations of clients. Deliver quality project execution by supporting project/program team plans, performance against the job arrangement and budget, and proactively addressing issues on scope, timing, and resources as appropriate or necessary. Participate in a global team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including ERP requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong client relationship. Liaise with the stakeholders and off-shore and on-shore teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete the ERP module configurations and/or integrations with Oracle systems.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle technologies, including one or a combination of any of the following: Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, and/or FAH.

Must have 3 years of experience in one of the following:
• Working at a financial services company (wealth asset management, banking & capital markets, and/or insurance company) within Oracle implementations; OR
• Working as an Oracle and/or Finance consultant to a financial services company (wealth asset management, banking & capital markets, and/or insurance company).
Must have 3 years of experience in one or a combination of any of the following areas:
• Design of technology architecture;
• System selection and implementation support;
• Data mapping and conversion;
• Proof of concept;
• Business and IT process reengineering; AND/OR
• Program and/or project management and implementation planning (PMO).

Must have 3 years of project experience in one or a combination of any of the following areas within Oracle technologies:
• Finance transformation and accelerated close;
• Sub-ledger and/or ledger redesign;
• Management reporting enhancement, Business intelligence, and/or Decision support;
• Enterprise data design and management, and/or Data warehousing;
• Enterprise application integration; AND/OR
• Business and/or merger Integration, and Reconciliation redesign or improvement.

Must have 3 years of system implementation experience with at least one of the following Oracle Financial Applications: GL, AP, Payments AR, fixed assets, Cash Management, Treasury, Procurement, Project Costing/Billing/Resource Management/Oracle Time and Labor, Property Manager Applications.

Must have 2 years of experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end Oracle-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment.

Must have 3 years of experience in project management, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and performance.

Must have 2 years of experience with technical writing and presenting to clients.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 5% may be international, to serve client needs.
