A warm and welcoming Front Office Agent who will be the face of Loews Hotels, creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.   • Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
  • Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
  • Handle emergencies with professionalism, prioritizing guest and team member safety.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Your Qualifications Include:
  • Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.

The wage for this position is $41.31 to $41.31.
