Responsibilities:
Build, update, and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
Integrate multimedia elements—including videos, graphics, and images—to enhance user engagement.
Collaborate closely with back‑end developers and cross‑functional teams to implement content‑driven features and improvements.
Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and user experience across all devices and browsers.
Manage and organize content within a CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Edit and proofread content prior to publication.
Support content distribution across multiple digital channels, including social media.
Track web performance metrics and user behavior to evaluate the effectiveness of content and site updates.
Contribute creative ideas for content strategy and site enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO.
Experience working with SharePoint.
Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and web software such as AFPIMS, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Strong communication, collaboration, and research skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
Experience with front‑end development, including UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with popular CMS platforms and web development tools.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience integrating multimedia content and managing content workflows.
Desired:
Experience in copywriting, graphic design, programming, or related fields.
Familiarity with content strategy and digital marketing principles.
Background supporting government clients or working in structured, high‑security environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
