BasisPath is seeking a skilled
Front End Software Developer to support the development and modernization of mission-critical applications. In this position, you will design and build enterprise web applications using
Angular framework. This will require collaboration with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and create outstanding Angular websites and applications.
The selected candidate will work closely with other software developers and engineering teams to develop and modernize applications, troubleshoot application and environment issues, and support secure software delivery in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Develop responsive web-based user interfaces and applications using the Angular framework
- Developing web-based apps for cloud-based platforms, preferably for large-scale projects
- Write clean and maintainable code using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Perform regular testing to include unit and end-to-end tests and resolve bugs across different browsers and devices.
- Develop and support TypeScript and JavaScript-based applications using Node.js, NPM, and Express.js.
- Build, deploy, and troubleshoot applications running within Docker containers
- Participate in Agile software development activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:- Knowledge of programming languages, database systems and web services as a whole
- Strong experience with modern Angular and the Angular CLI.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience developing and/or supporting JavaScript applications.
- Experience with Docker containerization.
- Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
- Experience with using Git for software version control
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and employing DevSecOps practices
