In this role as a Front-End Developer and Designer you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our technology forward Outsourcing NA sales demonstration sites.

You will work closely with our Sales, Product & Technology, and UI/UX teams to contribute to UX design work as well as engineering the sites our sales teams utilize to showcase our latest experiences to current and prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in front-end development and design.
  • Build and maintain responsive and performant web interfaces using HTML/CSS/JS technologies to create React web applications.
  • Proficiency in converting Figma designs into functional interfaces.
  • Leverage AI-based tools (ideally Windsurf) to accelerate development workflows and enhance design-to-code automation.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with design teams.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, sales stakeholders, and backend developers to align design intent with technical implementation and user experience goals.
  • Ensure code quality and performance across browsers and devices.
  • Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting for moderately complex issues.
  • Ensures all activities adhere to the relevant processes, procedures, standards and technical design.
  • Works closely with QA, Product/Business Analysts, and other Software Engineering functions to ensure high quality on-time delivery.
  • Demonstrate learning adaptability, understanding of the implications of technical issues on business requirements and / or operations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve development workflows, design handoff processes, and site performance.
  • Strong interest in front-end technologies that lead to improvement of the demo and production user experiences.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
