JOB DESCRIPTION

Pizza Hut Canada is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and analytically minded Franchise Business Coach (FBC) for a role to partner with franchisees and restaurant leadership teams to drive operational excellence, business performance, and guest experience across franchise restaurants.

The FBC serves as a trusted advisor to franchisees, leveraging operational expertise, business acumen, and advanced data-driven insights to identify opportunities, influence operational decisions, and improve restaurant performance at scale. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement key business initiatives, support operational improvements, and drive sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales, profitability, operational KPIs, and overall restaurant performance by partnering with franchisees and Above Restaurant Leaders (ARLs), while owning and delivering measurable improvements in SSSG, transaction growth, and profitability across assigned restaurants.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Act as a key operational insights partner to the broader Ops team by identifying trends, sharing actionable business insights, and helping translate data into operational action plans.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis to support field operations and franchisee decision-making. Partner cross-functional with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Digital teams to identify performance opportunities and support data-informed business decisions.
  • Support and execute key initiatives including product launches, operational enhancements, technology implementation, and marketing programs.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects that improve operational consistency, efficiency, and restaurant performance.
  • Monitor customer feedback and operational challenges to strengthen guest satisfaction and overall restaurant execution.
  • Support restaurant openings, acquisitions, and operational transitions as required.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a multi-unit franchise or QSR environment.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience leveraging operational reporting and analytics tools to influence business performance and operational execution across multiple restaurants preferred (Experience with Domo and/or Power BI considered an asset).
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and travel within Canada.
  • Ability to travel as required within Canada and Internationally if needed.


The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 CAD. Final compensation will be based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
