Full Job Description
Eaton's Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join the EatonCare division in our Burlington, Ontario, Headquarters. This role is a hybrid position that offers benefits from day one.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $94,000 per year. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive plan.

You'll manage production schedules, logistics, and communication with confidence, all while building strong relationships. Key responsibilities - What we do:

Maintain Commercial Integrity of Projects
• Review and interpret customer purchase orders.
• Conduct monthly project reviews and apply risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure system data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage financial controls, claim resolutions, and bonds/letters of credit.
• Oversee progress billing, accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, and logistics coordination.

Project Communication
• Collaborate with plants, credit, field sales, and internal teams to resolve project issues.
• Provide customers with timely updates on order status, shipment schedules, and invoicing.

Project Management
• Handle multiple project orders simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Qualifications:

Basic Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma relevant to the role from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with complex and large projects in Manufacturing, and/or Construction-related environments, in either in project management, sales/quotations, or engineering roles.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
  • No relocation provided. Must be able to work on-site in Burlington at least 3 days per week


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset and may be beneficial when supporting French-speaking customers and sales teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
