Allied Universal® is hiring an FP&A Manager. The FP&A Manager is responsible for playing a key role as a strategic business partner in supporting the annual planning process, quarterly forecasting, and monthly/weekly management reporting and analysis for the consolidated company results. The FP&A Manager will report to the Director of Corporate Finance, as well as work closely with the regional financial leaders to help in delivering the financial targets for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare monthly financial closing packages
  • Support continued development of 5-year plan operating model (IS, BS, CF)
  • Develop annual operating plan to interface with the field organization to help optimize business needs
  • Assist In the preparation of annual cash flow budget, including analyzing historical trends, forecasting future cash needs, and ensuring alignment with organization financial goals
  • Develop world class financial reporting and profitability analyses to provide executive management with transparent insights and decision support that drive sales and profits higher
  • Consolidate financials across multiple regions and businesses while collaborating with divisional controllers to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Drive cross-functional projects and process improvements to enhance EBITDA and develop a best-in-class finance department
  • Work with financial sponsors to support capital raising

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field of study
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategy, or investment banking
  • Experience developing and maintaining 5-year plan operating model (IS, BS, CF)
  • Proven track record of business success, achievement, and promotion
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent grasp of corporate financial planning and analysis fundamentals, familiarity with accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy, quality, and thoroughness
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Demonstrated ability to use sound independent judgment and discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Experience working at a private equity backed company
  • Experience working In OneStream and/or DOMO business intelligence platforms

BENEFITS:
  • Base Annual Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 /year

  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law
