Full Job Description
The FP&A Coordinator, Construction Services reports to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Operations and plays a key role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and operational effectiveness of RXR Construction Services. This position works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Design, Preconstruction, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient project setup and closeout, and continuous improvement of project management processes.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can balance financial analysis, operational support, and project coordination in a fast-paced construction services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Reporting
• Support the month-end financial close process, including preparation and analysis of reports for executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Build, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and financial data across business segments to support strategic decision-making
• Assist with the development, tracking, and analysis of the Annual Business Plan
• Support corporate-level RXR reporting requirements and special financial initiatives
• Oversee and manage supervisory fee tracking and reporting
Project Management Systems & Operations
• Provide ongoing support for project management financial systems and related operational workflows
• Assist in identifying, implementing, and maintaining process improvements within project management operations
• Create prime contracts and execute initial project setups in coordination with project teams
• Assist with insurance compliance
• Manage project closeout processes (soft cost and hard cost) to ensure timely and accurate financial reconciliation and permit closure
Cross-Functional Support
• Support leaders across Design, Preconstruction, and Operations
• Support marketing, website and business development efforts as needed
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, construction management, architecture, and / or engineering or related discipline preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in construction management, construction accounting, design, or owner's representative roles
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary/rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g. location, years of service, specialty, education, relevant experience).
Bonus eligible.
Pay Range
$80,000-$110,000 USD
